- Birney Town Hall – August 10th
- Lame Deer Tribal Office – August 11th
- Crow Park – August 12th
- Hardin by McDonalds – August 13th
You need the following in order for your application to be complete:
- Social Security Card
- Certificate of Indian Blood (CIB)
- Birth Certificate
- Immunization Record
